• Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping options.
• Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
• Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $50 within the United States!
• International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time. 
• Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Happy Tails products, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following return and exchange options:

• Returns:

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition. 
  • Please contact us at info@happytailsharness.com to initiate a return. We will provide a return shipping label.
    

• Exchanges:

  • We are happy to exchange items if they are the wrong size or you simply change your mind (as long as the items are in original condition).
  • Please contact us within 30 days to request an exchange.

• Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

• Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items for a full refund or exchange.
