Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Happy Tails products, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following return and exchange options:

  • Returns:

    • We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
    • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
    • Please contact us at info@happytailsharness.com to initiate a return. We will provide a return shipping label.
    • Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
  • Exchanges:

    • We are happy to exchange items if they are the wrong size or you simply change your mind (as long as the items are unused and in original condition).
    • Please contact us within 30 days to request an exchange.
  • Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund.
    • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method, minus any return shipping fees (if applicable).
  • Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items for a full refund or exchange.
    • We will cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.
