Sizing Recommendations
Finding the right size for your pup is essential to ensure their comfort and safety. Use our guide below to help you select the perfect fit:
How to Measure Your Dog
- Neck Measurement: Measure around the base of your dog’s neck, where the collar would sit.
- Chest Measurement: Measure around the widest part of your dog’s chest, just behind their front legs.
- If in Between Sizes: Size up—our adjustable harness allows you to tighten the fit for a snug and secure hold.
Puppy Sizing
For puppies, we recommend choosing a harness based on weight rather than breed. As they grow, the adjustable neck and chest straps provide room for your pup to grow into their harness.
Fit Tips:
- The harness should be snug but not too tight.
- Avoid a fit that’s too loose, as this may cause shifting and reduce control.
- For strong pullers, a snug fit is especially important to prevent discomfort and ensure safety.
Weight Limitations
We currently do not recommend using our leash and harness sets for dogs over 65 lbs, especially for strong pullers. Stay tuned—we’re working on releasing tough-built harnesses and larger sizes in the near future!
Product Care Instructions
While the outer neoprene in our harnesses is naturally water-resistant, the inner mesh is not. Proper care is important to keep them looking their best.
Hand Wash Recommended:
- Fill a Basin: Use lukewarm water and a mild detergent or soap.
- Soak: Let the harness sit for 10-15 minutes to loosen dirt.
- Scrub Gently: Use a soft brush to clean areas with visible dirt.
- Rinse Thoroughly: Ensure no soap residue remains.
- Air Dry: Hang the harness in a shaded area to prevent fading.
